8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Judges Check-in at Rauch Fieldhouse
- Rauch Fieldhouse, 123 Goodman Drive, Bethlehem PA 18015
- Parking available in lot between to Rauch Fieldhouse and Stabler Arena
- Light breakfast will be provided, muffins, bagels, coffee, tea, water
9:00 a.m. Judges Meeting
- Review Judging Guidelines
- Copies will be provided at check-in
9:15 a.m. Display Board Review
- Judges tour the fieldhouse to review assigned projects
- Take notes, jot down questions for participants
11:15 a.m. Lunch
- Judges return to Judge’s area for buffet lunch
- This is a good time to touch base with your judging group
- Discuss projects and potential questions for participants
12:15 p.m. Interviews and Caucus
- Judges return to the fair floor to interview participants
- Once all interviews are complete, return to the Judge’s area
- Caucus with your judges team to determine winners of each grade/category
- Refer to Judging Guidelines document
- Copies of this document will be provided at check-in
Judge Dismissal/End of Day
- Judges may leave the fieldhouse after their assigned categories and grades are judged and results are submitted
- Submit your results sheet to Jill or other Lehigh University Staff at the head table
