Fair Schedule

• Friday, March 15, 2024
  • 3:30 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.: Project Drop Off & Safety Inspection
• Saturday, March 16, 2024
  • 12:00 noon -  Participants arrive at the fieldhouse
  • 12:20 p.m. - Judging begins
  • 4:00 p.m. - Estimated end time of fair

Other Information

• Attire

  • Participants should dress to impress. School uniforms may be worn.

• What To Bring

  • Participants may bring something to occupy their time. School work, books, tablets, etc. may be used. Electronic devices must be kept on silent.

• What Not to Bring

  • Do not bring any food or drink. Liquids and food of any kind are not allowed on the judging floor.

  • Do not bring any type athletic equipment such as footballs, soccer balls, etc. 

• Parking

  • Please park in the lot between Stabler Arena and Rauch Fieldhouse. Do not pull into the fire lane in front of the fieldhouse.

• Audience

  • There will be a small seating area for anyone who would like to stay at the fair during the judging period. Participants, judges and fair staff are the only people permitted on the judging floor. If you chose to drop your participant off and return later in the day you may do so.
